Corpshore Ghana (trading name of Corpshore Solutions Corporation, "we", "us" or "our") is the data controller for personal data collected through corpshoreghana.com. We are registered with the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) and operate in compliance with Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843).

7. International Data Transfers
Corpshore Ghana operates as part of a global group. Data may be transferred to countries outside Ghana for service delivery purposes. Where we transfer personal data to the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK clients' data internationally, we apply supplementary GDPR-standard safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required.
8. Your Rights (Ghana DPA 843)
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843), you have the following rights:
- Right of access: to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right of correction: to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right of erasure: to request deletion of your data in certain circumstances
- Right to object: to object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Right to withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time
- Right to lodge a complaint: with the Data Protection Commission Ghana (www.dpghana.org)

9. EU/UK Data Subjects: Additional Rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to restriction of processing. Supervisory authority complaints may be directed to your local data protection authority (e.g. ICO in the UK, or your national DPA in the EU).
10. Data Security
We implement technical and organisational measures aligned to ISO 27001 principles to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These include access controls, encryption of data in transit (TLS), regular security assessments and staff data protection training. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the Data Protection Commission Ghana as required by Act 843.
